Fun Things for everyone at the
2022 PICNIC & LUAU
Many statewide candidates have called the SEAD Picnic as a must This year;s picnic will feature some picnic favorites like the “Wild World of Animals Show”, Medium Sara Sachs, a basket and ticket auction, face painting, DJ Bob Scullion will be playing your requests and Weird Eric will be entertaining everyone with his magic and his nationally recognized balloon.creations and UPMC will be passing out information and give-a-ways for all. We will also have the second annual corn hole tournament with prizes.
The picnic is free- Attendees are asked to bring a covered dish, salad or dessert item. SEAD provides chicken, salad, plates and utensils, water, pop and Beer. Judging from the excitement levels and the crucial issues of today, this is looking to be one of our best a picnics. Many of us would love to travel to far away places, so this year’s theme is a LUAU!
How to be a 2022 Picnic Sponsor
t’s not too late to be a sponsor. The SEAD Picnic is free thanks to the support of our sponsors. (Attendees are only asked to bring a covered dish (enough for 8 people.) Sponsorship are available at a variety of different levels to fit any budget. Once again the SEAD Picnic will be working to reduce our carbon foot print by using eco-friendly utensils, plates and cups.

Donate a Basket or Item for the “Politically Correct Auction“
Every year one of the most popular things is the :Politically Correct”Auction. Picnic goers can purchase tickets and the tickets in a container next to the donated item they want to win- This year we are looking for Democratic Committees, families, unions to pitch together and make a basket. Sylvia Wilson and Carolyn Klug will be arranging the auction on picnic day.
Smiling Faces needed to help in the Kitchen & Bar!
Every year SEAD depends on our volunteers to help out in the Kitchen. It is a great way to guarantee that you meet everyone and meet some new friends. It is also an opportunity for future candidates and those who just want to get involved. The look on the happy picnickers is reward in itself. For many of us, it will be the first time we have seen each other since last year’s picnic.
